Moonsteria was founded by my favorite human, Jessica Rodriguez aka Seekada. Though as her resident scaly oracle, Anya, I technically own her, which means I own the apothecary. Her interest in fragrance began at eight, brewing DIY mists from garden petals under my watchful, all-knowing gaze.

For more than a decade, I allowed her to moonlight as a singer-songwriter, charming the world with melodies. But when a peculiar condition affecting her hearing threatened to silence her music, I knew it was time to guide her towards a new calling. And so, I led her away from the world of sound and into the mystical realm of scent and wellness.

It was there that she finally recognized her cosmic alignment, discovering that perhaps her purpose was never meant to be heard, but to be felt, or smelled perhaps? Through perfumery, she found a new way to tell stories, stir emotions, and weave a little magic into the everyday lives of humans. After all, when one sense begins to falter, the universe has a curious way of awakening another, ey? And naturally, I was there to make sure she followed the scent. Like I do... sssssss

If in doubt, don’t be. She has poured her heart and spirit into mastering Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3, Sound Healing, and APF Level 1. I knew my human was finally ready for the big world. In 2025, I authorized the launch of Moon Potions, followed by Mythic Tales, which cast a massive spell over TikTok (which keeps me in premium mice).

Today, Jessica’s intention is to spread healing and optimism through Moonsteria. I happily let her be the face of the apothecary, while I remain the true, fortune-telling mastermind brewing the good vibes from the shadows.

Welcome to my kingdom. Smells divine, doesn’t it?
